Miles F. Thompson , , , Non Executive Chairman and Director

Mr. Thompson is currently Chairman of Reservoir Capital Corp., a renewable resource development company focused in Serbia, the common shares of which are listed on the exchange, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lara Exploration Ltd., a mineral exploration company working in Brazil and Peru, the common shares of which are listed on the Exchange. Mr. Thompson has been involved in mineral exploration for twenty-five years as a project generator, consultant and manager for both large and small companies. Mr. Thompson worked as a contractor to Lac Minerals Ltd. and then Barrick Gold Corporation between 1993 and 1996 and subsequently worked with Mineral Resources Development Inc. (now part of AMEC plc) on the privatization of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD) in 1996. From 1997 to 1998 he was the Brazil representative for Newcrest and in 1999 became the Brazil representative for Gold Fields Limited. Mr. Thompson joined Gold Fields Limited in South America as an employee in 2000 initially as Senior Geologist then later Manager Business Development, in which role he initiated the acquisition of the Cerro Corona copper-gold deposit in Peru. Based in Johannesburg (2004) and Oxford (2005) he worked on joint ventures and acquisitions in Africa, Canada, Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Mr. Thompson is a geology graduate of the University of Bristol (UK).

Simon Ingram , , , President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Dr. Ingram currently serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Reservoir Minerals. Dr. Ingram was a founding director of Reservoir Capital (TSXV: REO) and has 20 years international experience in the exploration and mining industry. He is the founder and principal of a resource services firm, through which he has provided technical and managerial expertise to exploration and mining companies worldwide, throughout the project cycle from early-stage exploration projects to feasibility studies, mine start up and production. Projects that Dr. Ingram has been a consultant and advisor to include; Petropavlovsk Plc (LSE: POG), a London-listed mining and exploration company with its principal assets located in Russia, Anglo American Zambia copper mine production and expansion, Rio Tinto Technical Services for resource definition to mine start up in the Middle East and the resource expansion, mining start up and subsequent sale of a polymetallic mine in Armenia for a private Swiss company. Dr Ingram holds a B.Sc. (Hon) in Exploration and Mining Geology and Ph.D in Mineral Resource Evaluation from Cardiff University.

Michael D. Winn , , , Director

Mr. Winn is currently President of Terrasearch Inc., a private consulting company that provides analysis on mining and energy companies. Prior to forming his own company in 1997, Mr. Winn spent four years as an analyst for a Southern California based brokerage firm where he was responsible for the evaluation of emerging oil and gas and mining companies. Mr. Winn has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1983 and the mining industry since 1992. Mr. Winn is a director of Quest (TSX: QC) as well as a director of several mining companies that are involved in mineral exploration in Canada, Latin America, Europe and Africa. Mr. Winn has completed graduate course work in accounting and finance and received a B.S. in geology from the University of Southern California.

Miljana Vidovic , , , Director

Ms. Vidovic is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Reservoir Capital since February 2007. Ms.Vidovic worked as the Serbian Representative for Gold Fields International on the Crni Vrh Copper-Gold Concession Tenders between 2004 and early 2006. From 1999 through mid-2006, she was Business Development Manager for Tractebel (Indo Suez Group), involved in the identification of acquisition targets, tender process coordination and government relations in South Eastern Europe. Ms. Vidovic holds a diploma in International Economics and Foreign Trade from European University in Geneva, Switzerland and a diploma in business administration from the Belgrade Economics University.

Geoff Chater , , , Director

Mr. Chater is a graduate of Texas Christian University, who holds a B.Sc in Geology, and has over 22 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Chater is the principal of Namron Advisors, a capital markets consultancy. From 1999 to 2008, Mr. Chater held the position of Corporate Relations Manager for copper producer First Quantum Minerals Ltd. During his career, Mr. Chater has held similar positions with Greystar Resources Ltd., Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd., Eldorado Gold Corporation, Fairbanks Gold Corporation and Ivanhoe Capital Corporation.

David Knox , , , Director

David Knox has over 25 years experience in the international energy, commodities and resources sector specialising in trading, asset valuation, commercial project financing and investment banking. Currently CEO of Firestone Energy, an ASX and JSE listed mining development company. Previous positions include, Senior Executive Officer at BBY, Head of the Energy Group / Exco Resource Banking at Standard Bank, Head of Energy, EMEA and Asia at Nations/ Bank of America and Commodity Trading and Financing in Energy, Metals, Commodities at Merrill Lynch.
